A fly and flop beach break is no longer quite good enough when it comes to me-time on holiday! With the wellness travel trend gaining ground, more and more of us are opting for a spa break or wellness retreat to get some R&R when we get time off from work. I am always looking for the best spas in Europe that I can either fit into a work visit for a facial or massage, or book myself into for a break when I get a rare few days off.
