From flying frequently myself and working with models and celebrities who are always hopping on and off planes, I’ve come to discover the best take-on skincare over the years that will see you enter arrivals looking radiant.
TOP TIP
Make sure you keep really well hydrated during a flight and once you land, try drinking raw coconut water to give your body an extra boost

“In fight conditions can wreak havoc with skin and lead to congestion. Do your skin a favour and remove your makeup”
Here’s my edit of essentials:

REMOVE
Always remove your makeup when flying. This Works’ In Transit No Traces pads are convenient to use and are infused rosewater and mint to brighten and soothe skin.
REVIVE
Mists work to refresh, revive and boost the skin. Caudalie’s Beauty Elixir comes in a handy 30ml travel size so it’s perfect to take on in hand luggage.

RENEW
Oils work wonders for hydrating and nourishing skin – super important on a flight where the air is more drying than normal. This Creme de la Mer Oil is compact and feels luxurious.
HYDRATE
It’s great to use an intense hydration mask during or after a flight. I really like this one from Sarah Chapman; not only is it super hydrating, it comes in a fuss-free sheet form, perfect for travelling.

MASSAGE
The eye area is very delicate and shouldn’t be overlooked. Aurelia’s Eye Dew has a refreshing metal roller ball applicator and works to provide lymphatic massage whilst delivering pro-biotic boosting nutrients to the skin.
PROTECT
Lips are one of the first areas to go dry during a flight. Always pack a hydrating balm like this chic salve from Rodin to keep your lips hydrated and smooth.

CLEANSE
It’s nice to have a wash-cloth on a flight to freshen up with in the air before arriving. I like this Omorovicza one – it’s made from 100% cotton and really gentle on the skin.
