Sienna Miller is someone I’ve worked with time and time again, and it is always such a joy doing her makeup. Not least because she is absolutely gorgeous! Sienna is one of the faces of Gucci’s latest campaign, and I worked with her to create a look for her appearance at their Gucci Aria digital presentation. This look was all about creating really big innocent eyes, almost cartoonish, but in a high fashion way. I used individual cluster lashes at the outer corners, but I attached them slightly away from the lash line to create the illusion of bigger eyes, and then filled in the space with liner. I used a beige eyeliner on the lower lash line to make the eyes larger still and then finished this youthful look with sun-kissed skin and a ‘moody’ mouth which featured a gorgeous Gucci lip colour.

If this sounds like a lash trick that you’d like to master at home, stay tuned; I’ll be making a YouTube showing you how to do this wide-eyed look on yourself!

Shop The Look

You can shop every single product the I used to create Sienna’s look on my Shop My Shelf page here but here are a few product highlights and how I used them.

If you haven’t learnt this by now, where have you been?! Skin prep is absolutely key to creating the perfect look, and this red carpet look was no different. I love Sarah Chapman’s Skinesis 3D Moisture Mask and Intense Hydrating Booster and Pai Skincare’s Love and Haight Avocado and Jojoba Hydrating Moisturiser is absolutely gorgeous, too.

If you’re blessed with a gorgeous complexion like Sienna, opting for a skincare-meets-makeup skin tint is a great option to create a dewy glow. I love the Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint Broad Spectrum SPF 30, and I used Gucci’s Poudre De Beauté Éclat Soleil powder to give a subtle sun-kissed glow.

This look was all about super-luxe long lashes used in a clever way to enlarge the eyes. As I already said, I applied the lashes slightly away from the lash line; I used Eylure Pro-Lash Individual Lashes, plus Pat McGrath’s Dark Star Volumizing Mascara and to ensure lashes were perfectly finished, applied using MAC’s disposable wands, an absolute essential in my kit.

For the ultimate pretty spring lip, try this Gucci Rouge de Beauté Brillant lipstick in Nude 112 Sally Soft Honey, which I used on Sienna for this look.
