Chemical Free
Did you know that something so simple as a wash cloth can lead to irritated skin? Cotton cloths are often treated with bleach, artificial dyes and chemicals to remove pesticides. Swap cotton for natural bamboo which as well as being chemical free, also contains antibacterial properties
Be Gentle
Aggressive scrubs lead to redness and sore skin, but also cause the skin to over produce oil which, in turn, leads to enlarged pores and acne. Hydrate
We all know that drinking enough water is important for good skin, but water from the tap often contains impurities and chemicals that can lead to sensitivities. Try using a charcoal water filter to remove chemicals for cleaner hydration

Dehumidify
Central heating and air conditioning are one of the key causes of dry, dehydrated skin so try using a dehumidifier to add moisture back into dry air.
